Walking into a new place with your child can be stressful — especially if they need to know what to expect. Here is our space before you get here, so the first visit feels familiar.

What to bring on your first visit

  • Insurance card and photo ID
  • Prescription with the diagnosis, if you already have it
  • Any evaluations or reports (CDE, IEP, previous therapies)
  • A snack, a comfort item or a favorite toy for your child
