What this means at our practice
🗣️ Care in the family's own language
Our clinical team serves families directly in English and Spanish, with free interpreters for other languages, and we arrange qualified interpreters at no cost for any other language. Our website is published in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole because a parent should not need a translator to understand their child's care.
🏦 Access regardless of ability to pay
We are an approved Florida Medicaid provider, so eligible children receive ABA therapy at no cost to their family. For families without coverage we offer flexible private-pay arrangements and help them navigate Medicaid, Early Steps and the FES-UA scholarship. Insurance verification is always free.
🧩 Cultural competence in clinical practice
Treatment goals are built around each family's values, routines, foods, faith and daily life — not a single template. What independence looks like in one home is not what it looks like in another, and our BCBAs design programs that respect that. Services are delivered where the family needs them: at home, at school, in the community or by telehealth.
👥 Hiring and developing a team that reflects our community
We recruit proactively from the communities we serve, we are an equal opportunity employer, and we invest in our staff's growth — including free RBT training and exam preparation for qualified candidates, so that a career in ABA is reachable for people who might otherwise be locked out of the field.

Our work is with autistic children and their families. We assume competence, we listen to families as the experts on their own child, and we hold our clinical practice to standards of respect and consent. Employees and families alike are protected from discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability or sex.
🔒 Accountability you can use
A commitment without a way to enforce it is only a slogan. Any employee, family or partner can raise a concern — including anonymously — through our confidential reporting system, follow the case with a reference number, and receive a response. Leadership reviews every report, and retaliation is prohibited.
How we hold ourselves to it
- DEI content is part of onboarding and ongoing staff training, and is documented in our staff and patient handbooks.
- Leadership reviews access, language services and complaint data, and acts on what it finds.
- Every concern raised through our confidential system is logged, reviewed and answered.
- Our practices are evaluated on an ongoing basis, and this statement is updated as they evolve.
