Every RBT has a named BCBA, and the supervision hours live in the system rather than in somebody's memory at the end of the month.
If your child is assigned to a technician, you are told which analyst designed the programme and who to ask when something changes. That is not a promise about attitude — it is how the schedule and the notes are wired.
