You can start here without a certification.
We run the 40-hour RBT course ourselves and pay for it. If you already have your BCBA, BCaBA or RBT, you will find a team that supervises properly and documents properly. Either way, start below.
What we can actually promise.
- Supervision that exists on paper and in the room.Supervision hours are tracked in the system, not remembered at the end of the month. If you are an RBT, you know who your BCBA is and when you are seeing them.
- Documentation you are not left alone with.Notes go through a review queue before billing. Nobody signs your work for you, and nobody leaves you to guess what a payer needs.
- Training we run, not training we outsource. The 40-hour course, the competency assessment and the renewal are ours. That is why we can offer them free.
- A schedule that blocks overlaps. You cannot be booked in two places at once — the system refuses it. That sounds small until it has happened to you.
Career paths at AIMH.
These are the kinds of work that exist here. Whether any of them is open today is a separate question, and it is answered in the next section — not here.
Open positions today.
Straight from Human Resources. Nothing on this page is a position unless it is in this list.
If you do not have an RBT certification yet.
You do not need one to apply. We hire people without certification and train them. The course is ours, it runs inside our own system, and it costs you nothing.
Apply and get hired
Same form as everyone else, below. Say in the message that you are starting from zero — it is not a disadvantage here.
The 40-hour course
Eight sections, A through H, with a quiz at the end of each. You get an account when you start; the clock allows between 5 and 180 days to finish.
The competency assessment
Role-plays observed and signed off by a BCBA. This is the part that is hard to get elsewhere, and the part that decides whether you are ready.
Certification, then clients
Your certificate and transcript come out of the same system that recorded the hours. Then you start sessions.
The course itself lives at /rbt40 and the catalogue at /training-center. Both need an account, which Human Resources creates once you are hired — they are staff tools, not a public sign-up.
The work itself.
Sessions in our clinic and in family homes across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe. Data collected during the session, not reconstructed at night. Protocols reviewed with the BCBA who wrote them.
What you will not be asked to do: sign a note for a session you did not run, bill time you did not work, or carry a caseload nobody is supervising. Those are not policies on a wall — the system will not let them happen.
The rest of the day.
A small enough team that the person who answers the phone knows which child is arriving at four, and that the clinical and office sides sit in the same building.
Send us your application.
Two minutes. You get a reference number by email, and a person in Human Resources reads every one — including the ones that arrive when nothing is posted.
