What should be reported?

Any concern about the safety or wellbeing of a client — at home, school, community, or during sessions.
Suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation — our clinicians are mandatory reporters under Florida law.
Ethical concerns about clinical practice (BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts).
Privacy / HIPAA concerns — mishandled records, PHI shared through unsecured channels.
Billing or fraud concerns — services billed incorrectly to Medicaid or any insurer.
Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conduct by anyone associated with our organization.

Every report is reviewed by clinical leadership within one business day.
Confidentiality is protected to the fullest extent possible; anonymous reports are welcome.
Mandatory reporting: when the law requires it, we report to the Florida Abuse Hotline immediately — protecting children always comes first.
