A referral relationship is not a partnership, and calling it one implies an agreement that does not exist. Here is what we actually offer the practices and schools that send us patients.

What you get from referring to us.

• A case you can trackEvery referral has a reference number from the moment you submit it. Call and ask where it is; we will tell you.
• Reports backWith the family's authorization, we send progress information to the referring provider. You referred the patient; you should not have to wonder what happened.
• We chase the paperworkIf something is missing, we contact the family. Your front desk does not become our intake department.
• An honest noIf we cannot serve a patient — wrong area, no coverage, a need outside ABA — we say so quickly and point you elsewhere, instead of holding the referral.
