What we measure about ourselves.
Most ABA websites show a percentage of improvement. We do not, and this page explains exactly why — and what we will publish when there is something honest to publish.
Why there is no percentage here
A number like "92% of our clients improve" means nothing without four things beside it: who was counted, over what period, how many children, and how "improve" was defined. Without those, the figure is unfalsifiable — and a family cannot compare it with anything.
So the rule we built into this website is mechanical rather than editorial: a metric does not render unless it carries its population, its time period, its sample size, its method and its source, and has been approved for public use. Nothing on this page can be published by accident.
What we will report, when it is validated
Progress against written goals over defined periods; caregiver training participation; how often treatment plans are actually modified in response to data; supervision frequency against the standard; and how long a family waits between referral and first session. Those are measurable, checkable, and meaningful to a family choosing a provider.

In the meantime, ask us directly.
We would rather answer a specific question about your child's care than point you at a statistic that cannot be checked.
Ask the clinical questions before you commit.
A BCBA will answer them. Nobody will sell you an outcome.
